That experience shaped her approach: proactive, precise, and deeply people-focused.

She keeps everything running smoothly—handling communications, managing logistics, and making sure no detail is overlooked. Outside the office, Kristen is a devoted mom who enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and tackling home renovation projects.
